Meal on Wheels Program

Allentown and Upper Freehold are fortunate to be part of the Meals on Wheels program run by Interfaith Neighbors and Monmouth County.

The ONLY requirements are that the recipient must be 60 or older and unable to get out to shop or safely cook for oneself.

This program is not based on income. A donation is appreciated but not required. This program assures loved ones that the recipient will be looked in on five days a week.

A nutritious main meal as well as two lunch bags with milk, juice, bread and butter, cereal and a variety of small items each day. The deliveries take place Monday through Friday, (except for holidays) in the morning hours.
