Land Use Administration

The Land Use Department is responsible for the receipt and administering of all subdivision, site plan, conditional use and variance applications for the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment and collection of all application fees and escrows and related documents. The department oversees all land use activities including but not limited to master plans, ordinances and other related documents and adhering to NJ Land Use Statutes.

Applications are available in the Land Use Office for both the Planning Board (for subdivision and site plans) and the Zoning Board of Adjustment (for variances) and  are available below or may be picked up during regular business hours.
