All test results for well and septic must be submitted to them for approval before permits or CO’s can be issued from the Construction Department. Soil Evaluation Witnessing application is available on line and is submitted to Upper Freehold Township Board of Health, 314 Route 539, Cream Ridge, NJ 08514.
The Monmouth County Mosquito Control Division (MCMCD) currently provides a TICK IDENTIFICATION service for the residents of Monmouth County. Ticks must be submitted in person at the MCMCD facility located in Tinton Falls.
